Works great. YouTube videos were very helpful in the exchange procedures. It took about 10 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one, and some people might call me "mechanically DE-inclined". - from this seller the part cost about half what it would cost at the local auto parts store and three times less than the price quoted by the dealer. - The car is quite old, so I will not try to match the paint color. Just like my black side mirror (also bought from Amazon after being attacked by a deer) it keeps the same color. I'm just happy to be able to open the driver/passenger door from the outside again!
