Review on 🔥 Mishimoto Thermostatic Oil Sandwich Plate: Optimize Engine Performance and Cooling Efficiency by Justin Goff

Have been using this for about a year now with a 19 row oil cooler. Works amazing! I hooked up oil temp and pressure gauges to monitor my oil system and everything works great. Low pressure drop, much cooler oil. No leaks, only time was on initial install. The thermostat was leaking badly. I pulled it down to 33-35 ft/lbs and it has been leak free for almost a year now. I would suggest checking and tightening all fittings associated with this intermediate plate and oil cooler from time to time as nobody wants oil to be sloshed out which can be harmful. Do not exceed 35 ft/lbs for an oil cooler or sandwich panel related assembly! Mishimoto makes that clear and I also learned firsthand how to blast banjo bolts and crush o-rings lol. Hope that helps.
