Review on ⏳ Water-Saving Tooth Brushing Timer: 5-Minute Hourglass Shower Timer by Ronald Corcoran

Firstly very disappointed that it was blue sand not whiter. A factor in choosing this piece over other hourglasses was the fact that it had white caps and white sand. So it's not a very good start. I've just timed it twice on the digital timer and it runs to 5 minutes by about 15 seconds (last grain of sand at the 4:45 mark). Not a terrible discrepancy for timing toilet activities, but I wouldn't time anything that requires precision. As with most hourglasses, there is always some inconsistency, so it's not a _big_ issue for me, but a noticeable one. The suction cup that came with mine allowed the hourglass to spin freely without removing the suction cup from my mirror. The suction cup actually attaches to the hourglass with a small plastic lip that fits into the rubber/plastic attachment area of the suction cup. So if you want, you can remove the hourglass entirely. The size was exactly what I wanted and needed. Overall not very happy with it but too much hassle to come back.
