Review on MTrax by Jerry Chembola

The best thing about MTRAX is the detailed reports. I like how you can get very specific report layouts such as only showing the last 100 overhauls or just in-flight services performed. There are some features that I don't like but most of them are fixable via their support organization. It's not possible to export data to another system. This makes it difficult for me to use other software (such as a CRM). We've been using MTRAX since we started our business and have had no issues with it. They offer free 30 day trials of all their products so we were able to test it out before purchase. With MTRAX we're able to track the entire lifecycle of each component of an airplane. The ability to create custom reports allows us to focus on specific areas if necessary. The ease of integration into FMCSA system and ability to integrate with 3rd party logistics providers. Very user friendly interface. The program has limited resources to customize the program to meet client's needs. Would like to see more flexibility in terms of customization. The biggest benefit from this software is it helps me monitor the fleet as well as get compliance. This software allows me to track all my inspection points throughout the life of the aircraft.
