Should be a present. I see that this seller is out of stock. Arrived yesterday afternoon. The dog had to be dried. The toy was obviously dirty and the eye was scratched on the packaging - see photo! It is "new in the box" but was either used or badly stored before shipping. All my experiences with VTech toys so far have been great. The toy itself looks cute. illuminated; plays songs, counts. it's cute, age appropriate. I'm still not sure if I'll try to act before Christmas or maybe attract attention. but my daughter would DEFINITELY notice the one-eyed dog. Since it arrived damaged/dirty I gave it a 4/5 for durability. I mean if he can't handle storage will he handle a 2 year old?
