My bettas thrive in it! :) They are well made and very easy to clean. I actually have 6 of these, two for each fighter, which makes cleaning up very easy. However, I will say that due to the small size of the tank I recommend at least a weekly cleaning if going this route. I've tried using a 10 gallon betta tank before and they've always died in short order. It may just seem right with and without "professional" help. They are great for me, although I replaced the plants that came with them as they were a bit "prickly" to my liking. But I will say it. The picture is wrong. The only color you will ever get is yellow.
