I bought this nail lamp more for curing UV resin, not just nails, but it works great for both. The only thing that bothered me before ordering was that the smart touch light didn't activate and recognize inorganic objects instead of hands, but luckily this happens with most larger shapes. To heal/harden smaller shapes, I just hit the 90 second button a few times. I went with this much more powerful model hoping that the extra light would speed up the process a bit and it really is. It can probably heal or strengthen small thin shapes or nails in just a few minutes plus options. I end up repeating the max time setting a few times just to be on the safe side. I also took care of a model with a removable base so that there is more space underneath. All in all, definitely worth buying. Minor downsides, if I had to be picky, would be the short periods of time it stays on, but I can see why (I'm sure they're needed more for security reasons) the larger the size; I wouldn't mind if it was much larger for what I'm primarily using it for, the length of the power cord (could be longer or you could use an extension cord with it and the base magnets could be a bit stronger). I don't see a problem with using it primarily or just for nails. It's light, compact, powerful, quiet, fast and incredibly easy to use. Again, I want it to run continuously without the smart sensor. or any other factor as I don't use it on my hands but almost all work in a similar way now so that would be a general complaint. About the same price as many less powerful UV based lamps in my opinion. LEDs, it was really better to work with those 150+ watts with more LEDs. Not only can I call it a special nail dryer, but I've also used a brush to apply a glossy resin coating to my resin jewelry projects, which is almost like Polish as you can really get it and I'm sure it even heals in a minute or let's say 3 minutes max. Do not repeat the process as it is inanimate and I like mirroring or flipping shapes/details. Sorry if this is really useless for those who do nails. I am more than confident that it will still handle any nail job as it can quickly and evenly cure millimeter thick clear liquid resin even in non-super clear silicone molds. Overall though a good buy and it works as I expected and planned. It's certainly a lot better than the small compact 36w or less pull out dryers and even the 60w UV LED lamp I've used before. I also don't see any of the $70 or more nail lamps that are worth the price difference and I think the only more powerful lamps I've come across before buying these had a max output of only 168W huh not much above that. If you only use it to dry your nails and have a bit of time to kill anyway, I don't think the performance might matter, but such a device definitely saves time and energy.
