Utopia is a great brand. Makes you think you've arrived where everything is fine. Even the company name is misleading! I ordered blue. Here it is shown in light blue. The true color is almost dark blue. It's not good to treat a customer like that. I also have to say that I have a horrible, sneaking suspicion that someone else sent them back, some of them were "washed" by the company and some were simply folded back and repackaged. You have lint from the washing machine everywhere. Very strange smell. Smells like linen. The texture of these towels is so-so, so not advertised. Just look at it this way: everything they say is true, know it's the exact opposite. Not soft. Not plush or whatever word they use. I don't use them so who knows how absorbent they are but they certainly don't look like it. Think of a paper towel that someone sprinkled with some sand and lint and then painted with spray paint. Frayed edges and protruding threads everywhere. Discolored spots everywhere. Bare patches of material. Should I continue?
