Well what can I say. I love my Roomba S9, even with all its quirks. I think we're both still on the learning curve. But what's a little frustrating is how quickly I wipe down those rubber brushes. The smallest hard object will break through these brushes fairly easily. Folks, check your floors! For every piece of hard pasta, the tightening of the blinds, the misplaced screw. . . You will destroy the mess on these brushes. In a family with 3 boys, 2 dogs, 3 cats there is always something to suckle. Despite the fragility of these brushes, the relief provided by vacuuming is worth the cost of keeping backups. Inevitably, someone will drop a piece of penne on the floor, which my iRobot will find.
