I have been using this software since it was first released, about 8 years ago now. The customer support has improved over time but not much. They are still doing things old school. If you want a good system to run your business then get this one! It's very user friendly and easy to use. You can run reports on every aspect of your jobs. When my team started working in the industry we used excel as our main tool because everything else wasn't really designed for contractors specifically. Now, even though they do make some more contractor specific softwares out there, the ease of access to information makes them almost obsolete. This allows us to keep track of our projects quickly and easily by ourselves without having to depend upon someone else.
