Review on Mityvac MITMVA670 Power Steering Adapter by Neil Bodell

The gasket is hard so I tried heating it with the car heater, it was a little softer but didn't seal on my 08 Silverado or my 07 Cadillac, asked a mechanic friend to come on come in and try. No fun. I would have expected a better design from Mityvac. The fix still doesn't work with Mityvac hand vacuum pumps that we tried 3, but it does work with "Motive Products 1702 Power Extractor" https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EVANLRS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00 ?ie =UTF8&psc=1 There is a vacuum burst in the motive holding the adapter and once it starts it has enough vacuum to stay tight, the motive works amazing, we also flushed the brake fluid with ease.
