I wish this stool was a bit taller so I can lean on it with my desk in a better full standing position. However, with my electric sit-stand desk, it's no problem to lower the desk when I want to sit down. If you're looking for something to sit on comfortably for long periods of time, this might not be a good choice. If you're looking for something to get you activating your core and keep moving, this is a solid choice. I love that it's uncomfortable to stay on for hours because it reminds me to move and stand for a while. A great way to relieve stress without losing momentum or feeling stiff and sore from sitting for too long.
