The system is very easy, it's user friendly! I like that you can search through all of your options in one place without having multiple different systems open at once (which would be difficult if not impossible). It also has an option where they will send out letters directly from their database so there are no paper copies or faxes which makes things much easier when trying get information about potential placements/families - especially since some people just don't pick up phone calls anymore these days!! If anyone wants more info please feel free ask me any questions because my knowledge isn’t as extensive yet but i'm sure someone else here could help too :) We have been able find great matches between children who need homes & caregivers willing accept them into our care quickly using this tool-it saves us time getting those initial interviews.
