Exceeds expectations

This knife was an investment, but I spend a lot of time every week chopping and preparing vegetables for my meals. I was happy that it is very sharp as advertised and the grip is very ergonomic and secure. I've tested it on peppers, cabbage and onions and was relieved not to have to use sawing motions to cut through food like my old dull knives required. This knife cuts everything I've tested like butter. I am happy with this purchase.
