The first unit I received was missing the handle/grinder assembly. The return was easy and I received a replacement within a week. However, the packaging and the box itself were completely flat (just a box), nothing like what I received the first time. When I opened it, the contents of the box were clearly exchangeable. Everything was open and just thrown in the box. The bowl was scratched on the inside with small dents where someone had forced the coffee grinder into position. All parts of the SS (all) were covered with hard water stains and the screens were not sealed like they used to be. I decided to leave it anyway after washing it fully, it works and seems well built.
