Review on Waterproof Drive，Moreslan Aluminum Computers Devices Silver by Matthew Coste

Seven months ago I emailed them asking for a replacement as mine stopped working, it was the text "I recently had a 64 -GB USB drive purchased from Amazon (Order #[censored] December 18th, I posted the product link below) and the USB worked fine for a while, I recently tried to use it again but Windows gives an error " unknown USB device (device handle request failed)". I have used all suggested methods to fix the problem (changed USB power saving settings so ports are always on, disabled computer fast startup, uninstalled and reinstalled USB, Windows updated, unplugged computer (from wall to reset, tried several different USB ports and another computer) but none work te. There is also no visible wear/damage on the outside and it has never been submerged in water or exposed to moisture. I've read that USB devices come with an 18 month warranty so I was hoping it was covered here. I was wondering if there is a way to return the USB stick and send another one or something? We are very grateful for any help. "They didn't answer and the USB didn't magically work, which is why I'm writing this review. I've attached a video (poor quality but still understandable) to show that it's not recognized by my PC and this doesn't even show up on my mac it looks nice and is solid metal but the build quality is clearly not as good as it looks as i used it maybe 3 times then checked again after 2 months, and it didn't work. stopped working.
