Has stopped working - Company not responding to email

Seven months ago I emailed them asking for a replacement as mine stopped working, it was the text "I recently had a 64 -GB USB drive purchased from Amazon (Order #[censored] December 18th, I posted the product link below) and the USB worked fine for a while, I recently tried to use it again but Windows gives an error " unknown USB device (device handle request failed)". My boss (IT employee) wants it!

I love this little stick! Light, strong, fast and the clip is strong enough that I don't have to worry about it falling off my keys. I work in a rapidly changing IT environment serving 400+ end users and wear it on my work keys. It sits in my bag all day and I LOVE that I no longer have to hang keys on USB ports as I can quickly remove this drive from my ring. Do not use this USB for a Linux file system!

I bought 4 of these and none of them work unless you format them to the linux filesystem (I formatted them to ext4). After formatting to ext4, Linux recognizes the drive, saved data, etc. However, after 10 minutes the drive disconnects and then remounts itself and then I get an error about the wrong filesystem and it can't read the superblock. I am extremely disappointed. I threw away all 4 CDs. Although I really like the design. It has a nice, solid, minimalist design and fits my keychain well

It's actually waterproof!

I bought both 128GB 3.0 and 32GB 2.0. Both initially had problems with malfunctions. I have a 128GB 3.0 drive for essential work related stuff and a 32GB 2.0 drive to see if they are truly waterproof. I put a film on 32GB 2.0 and dropped it in a glass of water. I let it fully submerge to the bottom for a full minute. Then I swung it around and twirled it for another minute while it was underwater. I've also opened and closed the latch several times under water. After a thorough soak, I dried it
