If you are looking for a very stable very sturdy weight bench with an adjustable seat and back I don't know if you could do much better than this bench. I couldn't find a single thing wrong with this bench nor anything I would do differently. This is simply a very well made product that is engineered to handle very heavy weights.Build Quality:All the welds are very clean and filled. All the components are straight. The paint job is excellent -- no chips.Assembly:Assembly is very quick. Like 5 minutes quick. The bench comes mostly assembled. All you have to do is attach the feet and 1 pin each for the back and seat. The tools are provided for assembly (allen wrench and a wrench.) The tools are actually pretty good -- so good that I used them and didn't bother to grab my wrench set (in the next room) when assembling.Heavy Duty:The back and the seats are firm, contoured, and give great support. Can handle 300+ lbs person with 300+ weight without any wobble creaks etc. (rated for 1100lbs). There is a 3.5 x1 tubular steel support running the length of the back and seat which have 4 additional 1" tubular steel supports on the wide portion of the back as well as the seat.Other reasons why I like this bench:1) The seat / back adjustment is quick and efficient. Does not require pulling out a pin.2) The seat / back adjustment is ultra stable and includes 2 points of contact with the frame instead of just one. (This is far superior to the wobbly pin in a metal tube adjustment on other benches3) The "catch" on the seat/back adjustment has a high profile and is impossible to accidentally place in an "intermediate" position. The seat/back adjustment has a very low chance of being adjusted improperly where it could slip4) The fabric is highly durable , easy to clean5) There are 4 contact points (instead of 3) to give extra stability. The front two points have a leveler so you can achieve a completely level (no wobble) bench regardless of your floor.6) If you want to mount to the floor, there are bolt holes cut out, If you don't rubber pads are included.7) There is a handle on the right side to help adjust the seat and back.Other notes:1) In the flat position, this bench is very flat. There is a very slight incline on the seat but very hard to notice.Final Thoughts.This is a great high quality heavy duty bench that is perfect for a home gym. This product is sturdy enough to support heavy weights for heavy lifters. I like the adjustment mechanism on this better than any commercial products I've used. I Highly recommend this product.
