This product is exactly as described. One closer and one opener. My center switch on my Kenmore microwave, which is normally closed, needed replacing. My switch worked as soon as you start cooking something. I have replaced this switch 3 times in a row with the same model. The first time I thought "maybe I just have a bad switch", but after two more switches I realized that they are just very poor quality. Best case scenario, I left the microwave running most of the day before the normally closed switch had to be replaced again. The contact of the switch physically opens and causes the switch to short-circuit. They are not very strong and seem fragile.
