Review on Bernat Handicrafter Cotton Solids Yarn, 1.75 oz, Medium Weight (Gauge 4), 100% Cotton, Warm Brown Shade by Tara Ford

Please note this is a small skein - I didn't read the reviews before purchasing and was surprised when it arrived. Turquoise is a beautiful color and might work for certain projects, but I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how to use it based on size and texture. *No* stretch - it's similar in texture to Sugar n Cream but *much stiffer* (almost like raffia) and the thread tends to unravel easily. I was excited to find cheap yarn but I don't think it's worth the price. Update: I used this for a wall hanging due to the texture and amount of yarn (i.e. not suitable for a larger project and not suitable for wearables). The project in the photo is approximately 10 x 11 inches, not counting the length of the tassels, and I used two strands.
