Great platform helping automate various stages

The best part of this software was its ability to track all our leads across channels, which has helped us get better insights into how we are doing in each channel, as well as help create more targeted campaigns. This also helps with creating more efficient processes for marketing teams. I would like if it had some additional features that can be customized. For example, there should be an option where the team members could configure their own rules instead of having them set by default. Also, there's no reporting functionality out of box. But these things will surely fix when they come up with new version or API integration. We used this tool mostly for lead scoring purposes but found many other use cases too. Our biggest benefit here was getting much deeper insight about our product usage patterns from real data instead of just relying on assumptions made from analytics reports. The user interface is very intuitive, the data is easy to consume, and the reporting is clear and actionable. The product has a very long list of features, but it's not perfect. It's a good product, but not perfect. There are a few features that are not as intuitive as they could be, but it is a good product. We are solving the problems of our customers using predictive data to drive our marketing campaigns.
