I bought this for our camper. I took a water sample from the faucet and then from the faucet in the RV. Also registered. I tested my digital sampler with bottled water and got good readings. A few days later I checked again and it turned out that the plasticizer was not doing anything. So I loaded it with two cases of salt as directed. I waited a day and got the same results. A week later the same result. It's like he's not on the line at all. I emailed the company to fix the error. I didn't get any reply from them. I cannot recommend this product.
