Great for Acura TL 2005 6 speed manual. To install you need to remove the front bumper cover, it doesn't matter much. Have a few extra plastic clips handy. Adds that extra growl I've been looking for without being too loud with the exhaust upgrade. The filter is pre-lubricated with oil and the rubber boot that attaches to the pipe was oily. I wrapped the end of the tube with black tape to keep it from slipping off. Oiled rubber and polished hoses can cause slipping. I just used the larger diameter rubber hose that came with the kit. Is attached to the nipple in the intake pipe to the manifold on the car. See pictures. You may need to reset the idle after running this job. Inactive memory is cleared when disconnected from the battery. Just start a cold car and let it idle for 5 minutes, don't turn on but let it idle. I like it, it's great!
