He does his job and does it well. I had no problems with the product or with shipping and packaging. It's definitely cheaper to buy this and fill up the refrigerant yourself than to take it somewhere and make it. If you don't know how to charge your car with coolant, buy this and then youtube. This saves a lot of time and money.
