It is really cute and useful in making tea. I'm starting to brew kombucha in jars and use black tea bags instead of loose leaf tea. This meant the strands of my teabags fell into my tea, which didn't create a very sterile brewing environment to reach in and out of. This meant that every time I brewed tea, I would tie the strings around the neck of the jar to keep them from falling in. Luckily I haven't had to do that since I got these little snails. They do their job and keep the tea thread from falling into my tea. However, I was disappointed when I received my package and found that four of the six snails were pink. I wish my packaging had the best color choices.
