I heard about this fluidized bed thing and had to try it. I've found it can do amazing things for the bacteria in your tank when set up properly. My nitrites are zero and my nitrates have gone from 40 to 10 since using it. It's well made and easy to use. I have a 20 liter freshwater aquarium. It looks really great in it. It's also easy to clean. I'll wash him off with aquarium water when he's six months old. I mainly use it for bacteria and I have another box filter for polishing and water purification. I am very impressed!
