My time spent with ROSONWAY was fraught with numerous frustrations. I am a specialist in do-it-yourself projects, and I was trying to find certain products to finish a project, but the website was difficult to use. Because the search function was inconsistent, it was difficult for me to locate the information that I required. In the end, I decided to make a purchase, but the item that was shipped to me was not what I had anticipated. The product I obtained was of a low quality, and the description did not accurately reflect what I bought. When I called the customer support number, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and unwilling to offer a solution. In general, my interaction with ROSONWAY was aggravating, and the quality of the merchandise I received was below my standards and did not live up to my anticipations. It is impossible for me to endorse them to anyone seeking for dependable and high-quality goods.
