Review on GASHER by Matt Tbone

GASHER is an online store that claims to specialize in industrial and scientific equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and fittings. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with them, and I do not recommend doing business with them. I will start by saying that this was by far the most unpleasant time I have ever spent shopping. Their website is a disorganized mess, with sections that are unclear, product descriptions that are out of date, and no obvious means of navigation. It took me an interminable amount of time to find what I was looking for, and when I did, the costs were completely unreasonable. However, it is not even the worst aspect of it. When I placed my order, the customer service representative informed me that it will arrive in three to five business days. My shipment hasn't come yet, and it's been almost two weeks after I placed the order. When I called their customer support, the personnel I spoke with were impolite and unable to answer my questions in a clear and concise manner. They were unable to tell me when my item will be delivered. In a nutshell, if you want to engage in trustworthy online purchasing, you should steer clear of the GASHER website at all costs. Their website is a pain to browse, their rates are extremely high, and they provide no customer care at all. Don't give yourself a pain and go shopping somewhere else!
