The most useful features for us are that they can help manage our clients' projects very quickly & efficiently through their software. They also have some good customer service reps who really know what is going one with this platform as well! As I've mentioned previously - it's great being able to access all of my client information in 1 place rather than emailing them separately each month/week etc.- but if you don't plan ahead (which we did) then there might be lag time between signing up / creating an account which could cause issues when trying to make changes or add new users at later date times. This wasn't something majorly problematic until recently where more staff joined so now its causing me stress about not wanting everyone using different platforms instead of communicating via emails- meetings etcetc..
