The ease of use, how quickly I was able to adapt once I started using it! It's not very intuitive at first but that is expected with any software like this. Once you start to understand your data structure there are no problems in terms of functionality or anything else. If they can add more features such as being able to export reports out of the program then that would be great. Nothing really. Just make sure you get familiarized with all the different functions available so you know what each one does. You will be surprised by how much information you can gather just from looking through the system. We have been able to see trends in our business operations which has helped us improve efficiency and decrease costs.
