The ease of use once you've read through all the documentation available. It's also very easy to add new sites/projects if needed. We're able to complete inspections in under 2 days now that we have this system set up without having a bunch of inspectors out there doing it manually. There isn't much for us to dislike about the software at this time. I would say one thing - when first installing, your sales rep will be really helpful setting everything up correctly. This can save time later because you know what needs to be done so things don't get missed or overlooked!
