Unsatisfied with the Quality of Naturium's Online Store

My enthusiasm for proper skin care led me to have high expectations for the online store that Naturium maintains. However, my interactions with them did not live up to my expectations in many ways. To begin, their website has a terrible design, which makes it difficult to navigate and locate the information that I was looking for. The product descriptions were similarly uninspiring, providing only the barest essentials of information regarding the components and the ways in which they benefited the skin. The procedure of shipping and delivery was a nightmarish ordeal, which only made problems worse. The delivery of my order took significantly longer than the period that was given, and when it finally arrived, the products were improperly wrapped, and several of them had leaked. When I contacted their customer support in an attempt to get a resolution to my problem, the responses I received left me feeling irritated because they were neither helpful nor compassionate. My time spent shopping at Naturium's online store was, on the whole, a frustrating waste of my time. Because I place a high value on both the quality of the products and the experience I have as a client, I will not be purchasing with them again.
