The absolute only downside to the product (and it's not even a downside) is that if you hold the foam handle and turn the lock's telescoping handle, the handle also rotates, so you have to hold on to it. to the ice scraper head to lock or unlock the extension. Once you figure it out, it doesn't really matter, but it can be very frustrating when you don't have this handy little piece of information. It was packaged in a box that didn't fit, so all of the bristles on one side of the brush head were wrinkled. It was bought as a Christmas present so it was kind of a disappointment on Christmas morning. One star off for not taking the time to find decent shipping packaging.
