Strap with loop is great
I am using this 10 pound ankle weight for leg strength. I’ve just had it for a day now and so far I like it. It has a long Velcro strap that goes through a metal loop and then can be stretched for as tight as you want and than attached vis Velcro.
- I use weights in Physical Therapy for Bursitis and Need to do more at home. This work great.
- The weights may be difficult to adjust when trying to switch between different weight levels
