Goodbye paper towels and plates and HELLO SUPER TOFU PRESS! Wow! What a gem this item is! I'm so glad I no longer have to use half a roll of kitchen paper to make a block of tofu. I am very happy with my purchase. I hope to live long. I used it the day after I received it and made my first batch of miso soup. It took about 20 minutes to get all of the liquid out of my very firm tofu and it cooked perfectly. I don't have a single complaint. I kept deciding which one to buy until I finally settled on the 4 spring model and I'm so glad I did. I firmly believe that the springs really help squeeze the liquid out of the tofu and hold it in place without crushing it. I highly recommend this item.
