We've been using this knife since Christmas and are very happy with it. We bought a small set of Cangshan for my MIL and to be honest this knife feels and cuts just as well as their more expensive chef's knife. The quality feels fantastic, the handle feels so solid (and it's great) and it cuts much cleaner and easier than the regular knives we got as wedding gifts years ago. No, it's not meant to compete with those Damascus-style German carbon steel knives, but it offers amazing value for money. If you are looking for a quality chef's knife for less than 30 euros, then this is the knife for you. The quality is just great. It definitely surprised me and my husband! We love it. Also, it doesn't come with a protective case, so we bought a bamboo knife case to keep it with our other knives. We keep our knives in a drawer instead of a counter knife.
