The product did not pass the quality check

The delivery and packaging of the product was very good. Installation was easy, I installed the latest (old) drivers and then plugged them in. I tried the docking station first and then plugged it into the machine on port 3.0, but got the same notification that it would run much faster if I plugged it in. on port 3.0. However, I don't think it mattered much. The first moment I realized something was wrong was the flash video freezing, which was a constant/repetitive behavior on this device. There are no firmware or driver updates available online for this device - in fact, the manufacturer has almost entirely dispensed with them. My built in Wi-Fi AC adapter (which was completely disabled when the Alfa was plugged in) has no problem streaming video from the network. The video has just been paused. I refreshed and it continued streaming for a few seconds and then stopped, no matter what browser I was using (FireFox, Chrome or IE), the result was the same. It also didn't matter if it was docked or plugged in directly, it would jam. Initially, only streaming Flash videos were blocked. then I would lose my WAP data connection. The idea for this product was well intentioned, but failed due to quality control. It doesn't work the way I'm sure the designer intended. It locks flash memory, locks data intermittently and does not work properly.
