Great addition to my nutritional program
My husband is in the real estate business and our lives tend to be quite chaotic. I wake up early with a "what do I need to do today" syndrome or have a hard time falling asleep because I'm thinking the same thing. I was skeptical at first, thinking it was something like melatonin, but after about 10 days I really noticed a difference with no side effects. I sleep much better. I also like that it's made in the USA. I will not buy supplements made elsewhere due to poor quality control abroad. Highly recommended.
