Great little tripod. I ordered 2 but one arrived broken, it probably broke on delivery because the parts were still in the box. It was part of the "nest" holding the ball. This broken part would not allow it to be tightened but I contacted them and got my money back and got another one. It works fine for what I got it for. I use it for my photoshoot flashes, they really aren't meant for anything heavy. My flashes or a simple point and shoot camera or phone. for those things it will work just fine. The legs are great for grabbing pipes, branches or the back of a chair.
