Doesn't punch a clean hole

I wanted to print small circular labels for crafts I make for sale by punching them from whole sheets after they've gone through the printer. Unfortunately, there was a rough spot on the cutting edge of the stamp, so most of the marks didn't break through cleanly, leaving small torn edges on each one. It's ok but I wish they had better quality control to make the hits work like they should.
