This appears to be a very good quality wood floor tile. Unlike the other reviewers mentioned, I ordered 15 boxes of tiles and had no problems with any of the tiles. I was able to install a floating floor to cover our entire screened patio by holding all the pieces together. You don't want to collect spare tiles to swap screws from one part to another. **Update: After the floor was removed and exposed to the elements for a year, the wood tarnished and absorbed some water. I bought the recommended teak cleaner and oil and the floor is looking good and water repellent again. So schedule annual maintenance if you want this product to last.
