Review on Kaiten by David Reyes

It's easy to use for newbies as well experienced users alike! I've been using it since version 1 - so far nothing at all that would have me go back (which isn't much). The customer support has always delivered quality service every time we need help with anything related or not directly connected/related too kai-ten itself! Very friendly team who will do everything in their power just make sure you're clear about what your expectations are when getting started because some things might be quite different from other products out there but this doesn;t matter if they work perfectly fine within KaiTen :) We used KaTiN mainly during our transition into agile practices where tracking process flows was crucial along side of creating stories & tasks etc., very helpful indeed once again great experience working through them!!
