Some broken equipment
Although I'm generally happy with these filters for my Waterwise still, I want to mention one big problem: when I change these filters and open the big red square tab there is often excess charcoal behind the screen. It is always too late to return or contact the seller. I also think they overestimate what you get. I'm considering buying coal and refueling myself. When you get them, open all the red tabs asap and check for broken screens so you can go back to the 30 day window.
