GradAR does not have any downsides that I can see right now (but this could change over time).

It's very user friendly for non techies like me! The support team are always willing help you out when needed; they're fast at responding too issues so it really makes using their product enjoyable as well! If there was anything i didn't enjoy about GRAD AR its probably because we haven'e used all of them features yet but hopefully in future updates will be made with more options or enhancements added :) We've been able evaluate candidates within our recruitment agency without having access into applicants social media profiles - no hacking required.
