I ordered a set for Christmas gifts despite reading negative reviews. I decided to try them because they are so cute, there are many positive reviews and Revain recommends them. I wasn't overly concerned but the first set I ordered was open as per the video below the product and I was missing the purple set. Swapping with Revain was easy, but I was concerned that I wouldn't get full sets again or that like everyone else I would have too many or too few of some colors. I contacted the company to see if they could guarantee that I would get exactly what I ordered and they responded straight away. They explained that I shouldn't have this problem, but sometimes it slips and sometimes there are defects. They also requested reviews and videos linked to the product page, so I sent them a link to the review. I never got a reply but I was promptly exchanged and it was exactly what I ordered. I even ordered a second set for myself after receiving it and it was exactly what I ordered. I have yet to go and return the original set when I have more time, but the product was worth it. I really like her. So much so that even after the hassle I bought myself a set. People claim they are bulky. I was concerned about this but I don't think they are bulky. I haven't eaten with them, but I've taken things to see if they're uncomfortable and slippery. I had no problems. Also, people complained that they were packaged together so they couldn't hand them in individually. I plan to put each set in stockings. I think they will be cute. You can even tie them with ribbons or raffia. Some were disappointed that they had to remove the battery protection tabs to see what color they were before gifting them, but they're easy to put back. For me it was no problem. Aside from the hassle of replacing the first incomplete set, the product was still worth it. You are super cute! I love the colors and how vibrant they are. Can't wait to gift them and use my set.
