I like that it's easy for me as someone who works from home, not having access to my office colleagues' emails or phone numbers makes this service very useful! It was great when we were using Outlook but now with Gmail everything has changed so much since then - you just have no idea what they're doing behind your back anymore (or maybe there are some benefits!). This software does exactly its job of helping us keep up-to date in our contacts database without being too invasive into their privacy which can be hard sometimes if people don't know about these services yet.
