I like most of what they have done with their toolset but some things seem outdated or in need for improvement when compared versus other tools out there nowdays (such as Google Sheets). They do however support many different cloud storage options so this should not be an issue if it does come up from time-to-time! Also, having all employees use one interface would improve efficiency by being able to easily track who has completed tasks vs those still waiting which can sometimes get overwhelming at times due to how detailed everything gets recorded. Having tracking systems available within our organization allows us to keep records of any past invoices paid via check/cash etc. This makes payroll much easier too since we are always keeping accurate financial data without needing additional resources such as HR personnel doing double duty each month.
