Ice is not crystal clear despite following instructions exactly
Results are better than using a traditional ice cube tray, but so far only the top third of the ice cube has been clean and even these results have not been consistent. The amount of air that has entered the cube increases as it penetrates deeper into the cube. Use filtered warm water for the bottom two inches and add room temperature filtered water until bowl is 90% full. While I love that I can do 10 cubes at a time, this product still needs some fine tuning to get consistent results. get the best results. Increased from 3 stars to 4 stars for manufacturer support.
