Review on ๐Ÿ’ช Boost Performance & Recovery with Bad Athletics L-Citrulline Powder 300g - Increase L-Arginine & Nitric Oxide, 83 Servings by Marvin Leon

Good, easy-to-use, relatively inexpensive L-citrulline

L-citrulline is currently the KING of pre-workout pumps. market problem? Most PWOs have been using seriously underdosed formulas that don't give you anywhere near the minimum effective dose of L-Citrulline (6g) or the maximum effective dose (10g). Many of the "best" (note the quotes) companies have PWOs with 6g of citrulline malate, which consists of citrulline and malic acid, mixed in a large vat and poured into your PWO bath. This is usually a 2:1 mix, meaning you'll get around 4g of citrulline and 2g of malic acid, which is well below the minimum dosage. And some companies are even worse! Bad Athletics L-Citrulline is a good place to start if you're looking to add citrulline to your pre-workout formula, which is likely to be underdosed. There are no frills or frills in this product; it's the only ingredient you can use to increase your pump during your workout. I am supplementing my existing PWO but it can be used as a standalone product if dosed correctly. Highly recommended. Oh, and on the plus side, some of the cheaper citrullines do NOT smell very good. Luckily, Bad Athletics has a powder that doesn't smell. I think it's a quality product!

Pros
  • Super for the small home
Cons
  • Dubious purchase for seniors
