It seems to move more air than a regular blowgun, but at a slower rate. It also creates a less focused airflow than the regular blowguns I buy. This makes sense considering the venturi is adding air to the system, not energy. It can be better for some situations or worse for others. The real problem is that the sound it makes destroys hearing. The regular blowgun is very loud and should be used with hearing protection, but I often use it in small amounts without protection. In my opinion, this blowgun needs hearing protection every time it is used. In my opinion, this tool hardly offers any advantages in terms of comfort compared to a well-made pistol without a venturi. Well made and looks neat.
